The Cloud Room is a unique business with a small team which requires all team members are willing and able to wear many hats and jump into a variety of roles depending on the day. Responsible for bussing bar areas. Keeps glasses and other bar equipment clean and well-stocked. Helps bartender keep bar clean and organized.

Core Focus & Responsibilities

  • Assists bartenders in daily functions of restocking (liquor, beer, garnishes, juices, etc.).

  • Remove plates and silverware when guests are finished (prebus).

  • Maintain stock of all glassware and other utensils; wash dirty utensils as needed.

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

  • Performs side work as needed throughout shift.

  • Follows all safety and sanitation policies.

  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

  • Prioritize and organize work assignments, have timely follow up and execution.

  • Have superb time management skills.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of all cowering membership packages, services and features and hours of operation.

  • Ability to comply with physical demands as outlined below.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Cloud Room culture and initiatives.

  • Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.

  • Attend weekly staff meetings.

  • Previous experience preferred.

  • Culture fit required.

  • Sit, walk, and stand continuously.

  • Lift / carry 25lbs (frequently) and 50lbs (occasionally)

  • Bend, squat, crawl, and reach above shoulder level.

  • Use dominate hand coordination for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.

  • May be exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, dampness, height, and moving machinery.

  • Friday, Saturday 3:30pm-11:30pm
