Allison Jacobs Anderson
Founder, Change Effect Consulting
Allison founded Change Effect Consulting, a boutique research and advisory practice specializing in international development, gender, digital development, geopolitics and socioeconomics, stakeholder engagement, project management, policy and advocacy, and the Middle East. In 2020, Allison earned her Ph.D. at the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. Her research focused on women’s economic participation through technology and entrepreneurship in the Jordanian political economy of development. She lives in West Seattle with her husband Ryan. She enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, exploring new coffee shops, and taking her dog to Lincoln Park.
