The Cloud Room Lounge
The Cloud Room is our gorgeous modern-meets-bohemian lounge with full-service bar, soft seating and warm light featuring a white baby grand piano and west-facing rooftop deck. Located on the on the fourth floor of Chophouse Row, The Cloud Room Lounge provides a lush and enveloping experience, as if you’ve just been invited to Seattle’s most beautiful secret living room. The rooftop deck provides guests a place to step outside and enjoy the afternoon light and sunset while our white grand piano sets an elegant evening ambience.

Rooftop Patio
Our Rooftop Patio is perched above 11th Ave with an expansive view of Seattle’s Pike/Pine neighborhood and fit with comfortable outdoor seating. This space is perfect for a happy hour gathering.

Suite 100M - Floor 1M
Looking for a spacious, private setting for your next team gathering or meeting? Suite 100M is our largest meeting room, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. Located on the vibrant mezzanine level of Chophouse Row, this suite offers a unique atmosphere with a buzz of ambient noise from the lively restaurants below, adding to the dynamic energy of the space.
Inside, you’ll find a high-gloss conference table that seats 12, complemented by 12 additional desks and a cozy seating area with a small couch for informal discussions or brainstorming sessions. The room is fully equipped with a large flat-screen TV, HDMI connections, and whiteboards for seamless presentations and visual aids.
Full-day bookings and half-day afternoon bookings qualify for a post-meeting reception at the Cloud Room bar—an effortless way to celebrate wins, connect, and unwind in style.

Chophouse Row Courtyard
The courtyard of Chophouse Row is a lush outdoor space with a fire pit and performance stage, featuring incredible architectural detail and a uniquely warm ambiance. The courtyard includes brightly colored all weather patio style seating, and a gas fire pit.
