Timothy is a Product Design leader with experience leading full life-cycle initiatives for major corporations to recently acquired start-ups across within areas of UX, UI, Marketing, Strategy and more.

At Microsoft Timothy and his team has created experiences for millions users in both the Microsoft Edge browser and on Outlook across various endpoints. Leading Core UX features within these products, Timothy collaborates across multi-discipline teams to deliver design strategies, build systems, and tell great stories.

Additionally, he leads the organization’s Culture Initiative which is responsible for envisioning ideal culture, leading visible change in the organization and modeling inclusive team values.

Outside of work Timothy is a creative strategy consultant for non-profits and B-Corp organizations whose work focuses on human & planetary health, human rights, social
& economic justice, in addition to democracy & movement building.
