Please welcome barman Kyton Blair on Monday February 18 for a night of festive drinking. Kyton is a bon vivant who joins us on loan from Heartwood Provisions where he's known as cocktail whisperer, agave drinker and sommelier. He loves mezcal and lacrosse, and will be showing off the virtues of the former with pours of puro mezcal from Nacional, as well as some scratch creations.
