About the Seminar: Leading with Radical Authenticity
Standing in our wholeness as individuals within an organizational system is much more complex than it may appear, especially if the organization experiences any kind of diversity. Creating a culture where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves forward is critical in order to be viable in our world today. This workshop answers the following questions:
What does it mean to lead with radical authenticity?
What holds us back from expressing our radically authentic selves at work? In relationships? What is the role of energy and healing in being more authentic at work and in our home lives?
What are the DEI implications of creating a culture centering radical authenticity? How do we do this without creating harm to traditionally marginalized and minoritized communities?
How do we create team and organizational cultures where radical authenticity is encouraged and rewarded, rather than stifled and discouraged?
About Leilani Mañulu:
Leilani is a queer, mixed-race, invisibly disabled, cisgender woman and the founder and CEO of Leilani Mañulu, LLC. She is a leadership expert, intuitive executive coach, and seasoned speaker and storyteller with nearly two decades of experience in HR, business, leadership development, organizational design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Blending her corporate, non-profit, and consulting experience with her training as a shamanic practitioner, Leilani aims to support leaders and organizations to be more intuitive, imaginative, and heart-centered. Her personal mission is to provide support and guidance to individuals and organizations in hopes of making the world better for generations to come.
