Landon and Lena Ray recently relocated to Seattle from Santa Barbara, CA (and now live upstairs from the Cloud Room!) Together they run Ontraport, a SaaS business automation and CMS platform with customers and team members around the world, and are celebrating 20 years in business this year. Designed to support small to mid-market service providers, Ontraport helps growing businesses automate and scale customer experiences across the lifecycle.
Landon is CEO and leads product, sales, and marketing, with a focus on system design, automation, and the practical use of AI to reduce complexity for business owners. Lena serves as President and CFO, overseeing operations, finance, and long-term organizational strategy.
